DISC Model is based on a leading psychologist, William Moulton Marston. A basic model of assessment that is popular, straightforward, standardized, and easy to understand to assess behaviour and preferences.

The tool classifies people’s behaviour to four types (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness & Conscientiousness) by looking at their preferences on two scales:

  1. Task versus People
  2. Fast-paced versus Moderate-paced
